1. Receiving the Brief – Concept Consultation – Quotation
Every project starts with listening and understanding. We receive the brief, discuss your photography needs, brand direction, and target platforms (social, e-commerce, POSM...) to suggest the most suitable creative concept. A detailed quotation is then provided based on the project scope, product type, and complexity.
2. Agreement & Contract Signing
Once both sides agree on the approach and cost, a contract is signed to ensure transparency and professionalism throughout the collaboration. This step clarifies payment terms, revision policies, and delivery timelines.
3. Pre-production – Sketching – Moodboard – Prop Preparation
Based on the approved brief, our team develops a moodboard, sketches layout concepts, and lists the required props. We pay special attention to creating visual narratives that express the brand identity through every frame.
4. Food Testing & Light Testing (If Needed)
For F&B products, testing dishes and lighting is a crucial step to ensure the food looks appetizing, fresh, and true-to-color. Perishable items or visually complex foods are often shot in advance to optimize lighting before the official shoot.
5. Shooting Day
Our team of stylists, photographers, and lighting specialists work in sync to carry out the official shoot. While adhering to the approved concept, we remain flexible to capture unexpected creative angles and moments.
6. Post-production & Feedback
After the shoot, we proceed with post-production: color correction, lighting balance, framing, and fine detailing to ensure picture-perfect results. Clients receive a preview gallery and can request minor revisions before the final export.
7. Delivery & Final Approval
Final files are delivered on time in formats tailored for multiple use cases: high-resolution originals, optimized social media images, and e-commerce-ready visuals. We also offer image storage and re-delivery support after the project ends.
